Annecy's Castle
Annecy's Castle is comprised of several dwellings that were constructed at different stages in history. The Perrière Tower overlooks the lake, the Saint Paul and Saint Peter Towers overlook the town, and the largest tower is the Queen's Tower, which dates back to the 12th century. The Castle is surrounded by a defensive wall, which shows visitors a fine example of military architecture.

Thorens Glières' Castle
The architecture of Thorens Glières' Castle dates back to the 11th century. It contains ornaments, ministerial furniture, episcopalian documents, and numerous works of tapestry. Also house here is part of a collection of works of art once belonging to the Count C. de Cavour, the creator of Italian unity.

Montrottier's Castle
Montrottier's Castle is an excellent example of medieval architecture. Inside it is home to numerous collections, including antique furniture, arms, laces, ivories, statues, portraits, and bronzes from the German renaissance. A path leads visitors around the grounds, and provides views of the mountains and lake of Annecy.
